Beta access and right of use
Beta access lets you use the app for personal learning. Lessons and features offered during beta may change, be reorganised, or become temporarily unavailable.
Access does not transfer ownership of the content. You may not copy, distribute, resell or use the lesson content in your own educational product.
The project files you produce in the exercises belong to you.

Continuity of the service
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running without interruption; temporary outages may still occur because of maintenance, infrastructure failure or updates.
The curriculum may be updated to follow new engine versions; lessons may be added, merged or reorganised.
If the service is discontinued entirely, users will be given reasonable advance notice.
Limitation of liability
Derleniyo is a learning tool; it does not guarantee any particular learning outcome, exam result, employment or income.
We are not liable for indirect damage, data loss or loss of profit arising from use of the service, to the extent that no fault of ours is involved. Cases of intent or gross negligence, and the mandatory provisions of consumer legislation, are reserved.
Language of the text
The authoritative version of these terms and of the privacy policy is the Turkish one. The English version published on this site is a translation provided for information; if the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Kocaeli have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
Users acting as consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts at their own place of residence, within the monetary limits set by the applicable legislation; that right cannot be restricted by this clause.
